About Alan Murguia

Hello, my name is Alan. I was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and community. During my junior year of high school, I made the life-changing decision to leave home and pursue my dreams in the vibrant city of Denver. I joined my brother’s real estate team with the goal of learning from his success and expanding my knowledge in the industry. This experience has fueled my passion for business, finance, and investing, shaping my long-term career aspirations.

Currently, I work in the finance department at a bank, where I am gaining valuable experience in financial management and client relations. This fall, I plan to start college, majoring in finance and business, to further strengthen my expertise and open new opportunities within the real estate sector. Outside of work and school, I enjoy staying active by working out, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and spending quality time with friends. I am always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges that push me closer to my personal and professional goals.
