About Alan Murguia

Hello, my name is Alan. I was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and community. During my junior year of high school, I made the life-changing decision to leave home and pursue my dreams in the vibrant city of Denver. It was here that I joined my brother’s real estate team with the goal of learning from his success and expanding my knowledge in the industry. From day one, I knew real estate was more than just a career path—it was a calling that combined my passion for business, finance, and investing.

Currently, I am a college student majoring in finance and business while also working in the finance department at a bank. Balancing both school and work has given me a strong foundation in financial management, client relations, and market analysis, all of which are skills I bring into my real estate journey. Being in college while actively involved in real estate has allowed me to combine classroom knowledge with real-world application, giving me an edge in understanding both the numbers and the bigger picture of building wealth through property.

Through my time on the real estate team, I have gained hands-on experience in both residential and commercial properties, learning the ins and outs of negotiations, contracts, market research, and investment analysis. I’ve seen firsthand how real estate can change lives, whether it’s helping a family find their first home, guiding an investor toward a profitable opportunity, or assisting a business in finding the perfect space to grow.

Outside of school and real estate, I enjoy staying active by working out, exploring Denver’s incredible restaurant scene, cooking, and spending quality time with friends. I am driven by constant growth and challenge, and I take pride in pushing myself to achieve more each day. My ultimate goal is to build a successful career as both a real estate professional and investor, using my education, experience, and passion to help clients and partners reach their own goals.
